Cancel and Refund Policy

Products are not returnable, except in case of damage.
Free shipping is applicable only for combo offers.
Shipping charges apply to all other products.
For damaged products or repair-related issues, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
The same shipping charges will be deducted in case of any refund.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled after purchase.
If any product is found damaged or eligible for refund (at our discretion), the refund amount will be processed after deducting applicable shipping charges.
A 10% cancellation charge will be applied if cancellation is approved.
We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or those violating our Terms & Conditions.
Fraudulent customers or transactions may be permanently restricted from placing future orders.

Return Policy

Products must be unused and in original condition.
Original packaging and tags must be intact.
Products without original tags or packaging will not be accepted.
Any return or exchange request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
Products sold under combo offers are non-returnable.
